Considered at one time a possible Hall of Famer, a ball to the head resulted in an injury that shortened his career.
It appears Dickie is working on a mullet in this photo. Also, I don't believe I've ever seen this particular '84 Fleer that was centered.

Is this part of one of those two-card sets that Fleer was issuing about that time? The cards were next to each other in the set and were supposed to be put together to form a bigger picture. If so that is why it looks off-centered.
